Returns Policy


Your satisfaction is our number one priority at The Gallerie and so we offer a massive 365 day exchange or refund policy for all items from the date your receive your order if it meets the criteria below.

 

WHAT can be returned?

Faulty Items - Please notify us as soon as possible if an item is found to be faulty. On return of the item if the item is deemed faulty you will be reimbursed for return postage costs and you will be fully refunded or a replacement will be provided.

All Other Returns - If you have purchased the wrong size or the item is not suitable, then we are happy to work with you to return the item. To qualify for our 365 Day Return Policy the following criteria must be met.

  • Please notify us before returning the item
  • The item must be returned in original condition with all tags, cardboard inserts, labels and packaging intact
  • Please package carefully before returning to ensure it arrives in a re-saleable condition
  • The item must not be opened, worn, used or damaged in anyway
  • The item is to be returned at your expense
  • If you request a refund our actual postage costs will be deducted from the refund total. In the event that postage was free at the time of purchase, our actual postage costs will still be deducted from the refund total
  • If you request a replacement then an additional postage cost to send the replacement will be incurred
  • If the item is not received in original condition and with all packaging intact then a revised refund may be required

Once you have notified us that the item will be returned then we must receive it within 10 working days
